"ISI & DISI, alto voltaje" (High Voltage) deals with the extreme difficulties human beings encounter when attempting to be genuine and daring to fulfill their dreams and convictions.

In the first film Isi and Disi struggle to conquer an unrequited love. In the second film, their mission is somewhat more complex: they must confront elite murderers that have been trained to kill, the Mafia that runs the recording industry, a rival Rock group called Psychopathic Squad, the Afterlife and even the three powers: the judiciary, the legislative and the power of hardcore designer drugs.

But the fiercest battle they face is their own egos.

And alas! All of this occurs while Disi falls in love with the sexiest woman in the world: Angie.
